Contractor Training From our “All” contractor ce menu, we offer four packages, the RSES Library, eight HVACR technician safety courses, nine air conditioning fundamentals courses, and twelve Electricity for HVACR Technician courses. To view the offered titles, select “ALL” from the drop down menu.
Safety for HVAC Technicians: Ladders, Scaffolds and Lifts. 2.0 hours. This course describes the guidelines for the safe use of ladders prescribed by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Refrigerant Usage Certification – EPA Section 608 (10 Nate Recognized Hours) $45.00: A thorough introduction to concepts, laws and processes related to air conditioning systems.
Electrician CE:All electricians must complete 24 hrs of Continuing Education with a minimum of 8 hrs on Code Changes. As of Jan. 1, 2005, 4 hrs of the Continuing Education must be on the currently adopted Revised Code of Washington and its related Administrative Code (WAC). Continuing Education Hours approved by the Washington Department of Commerce, Safety and Buildings Division.
Reciprocity: Washington offers reciprocity with the following states: Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming. For a fee of $20 some courses can be reciprocated. This depends on the course, the state you are receiving credit for, and the state you would like to reciprocate credit to.
NEC 2008 Code Update: The NEC Update course is designed for those persons performing electrical work. This course examines the most significant changes affecting people throughout the electrical industry including residential, commercial and industrial electricians.

Engineer: The Engineer Library contains ten ASHRAE Packages to choose from and 65 individual courses.
ASHRAE – Advanced Energy Design for Small Retail Buildings: this is a thorough study of the design concepts, strategies and recommendations suited to the energy requirements of small retail buildings up to 20,000 square feet. 8.0 PDH, $250.00

OSHA 10/30 Hour Outreach Training: recommended OSHA Outreach training Program courses are an orientation to occupational safety and health for all workers. The successful completion of this course will help to meet the Construction Industry standards established by OSHA. Upon completion of the 10-hour and 30-hour OSHA outreach training course, you will receive a completion card from the Department of Labor within 4-8 weeks. An Authorized OSHA Outreach trainer is available to answer any questions students may have while taking the online course.
OSHA – 30 Hour General Industry Outreach Training with Study Guide: 30 hours: This course covers a minimum of 30 hours, required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA), which apply toward 30-hour General Industry course completion card. The course contains 24 sections.
OSHA – 30 hour Construction Outreach Training with Study Guide: 30 hours: This course covers 30 hours of courses, required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA) that apply toward 30-hour Construction Industry course completion card; comprised of 24 sections.
OSHA – 10 Hour General Industry Outreach Training with Study Guide: 10 hours: This course covers a minimum of 10 hours of courses, required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA), which apply toward the 10-hour General Industry completion card.
OSHA – 10 Hour Construction Outreach Training with Study Guide: 10 hours: This course covers 10 hours of courses required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA), which apply toward 10-hour Construction Industry completion card.
