Texas Online Continuing Education contains courses for contractor ce, electrician ce, engineer ce, hvacr technician courses, OSHA outreach training, industrial skills and safety courses, environmental courses and Greenguide courses.
Contractor CE: Texas Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractors--All Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractors are required to take 8 hrs of TDLR approved continuing education every year. Of those, 2 hrs must be in Texas Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Laws. Texas Auctioneers: For holders of Auctioneer and Associate Auctioneer licenses expiring on or after January 1, 2006, six hours of TDLR approved continuing education courses will be required to renew that license. Two hours must be instruction in laws and rules that regulate the conduct of auctioneers and associate auctioneers. Four hours must be courses taken in one or more of the following subjects:
- Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 1802, Auctioneers.
- Title 16, Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 67, Auctioneers Administrative Rules.
- Other laws and rules that regulate the conduct of auctioneers and associate auctioneers.
- Auction-related laws, such as the Uniform commercial code - Sales, Title 1, Chapter 2, Texas Business and Commerce Code 2.328 and the Deceptive Trade Practices - Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 17, Subchapter E, Texas Business and Commerce Code.
- Business practices, such as insurance, auction ethics, contracts, maintenance of trust accounts, and marketing.
- Business Ethics, 2.0 hrs, $30.00

- Refrigeration Basics Module 1: Heat and Methods of Heat Transfer, 2.0 hrs, $30.00

Electrician CE: Texas State CE Requirements Important Information About Continuing Education Requirements for the Following Electrician License Types; Master Electrician, Journeyman Electrician, Master Sign Electrician, Journeyman Sign Electrician, Maintenance Electrician, Residential Electrician:
To renew the above electrician licenses, Title 8, Occupations Code, Chapter 1305, Section 168 requires the completion of 4 hours of TDLR-approved continuing education (CE) courses during the term of the current license. These courses must address the National Electric Code, as adopted under Section 1305.101, safety (NFPA 70E), and state law and rules that regulate the conduct of license holders under Chapter 1305 of the Texas Occupations code. Courses may be delivered in many different formats including the Internet and traditional classroom. Note: Apprentice Electricians, Electrical Contractors, and Electrical Sign Contractors are not required to have continuing education for their license renewals. Reciprocity: Texas offers reciprocity with the following states: Arkansas. For a fee of $20 some courses can be reciprocated. This depends on the course, the state you are receiving credit for, and the state you would like to reciprocate credit to.

Engineer CE: The Texas Board of Professional Engineers requires all professional engineers earn 15 PDH of continuing education annually. Renewal dates are based on the date that follows the quarter that the license was issued in: March 31, June 30, September 30 or December 31. One PDH must be in Professional Ethics, Roles & Responsibilities of Prof engineering or review of the Texas Engineering Practice Act and Board Rules. A maximum of 5 PDH is allowed for self-study. Online courses are not considered self-directed study. The Texas Board of Professional Engineers does not pre-approve providers or specific courses. Each engineer must determine whether an activity meets the TBPE requirements. OSHA 10/30 Hour Outreach Training: OSHA recommends OSHA Outreach training Program courses as an orientation to occupational safety and health for all workers. Successful completion of this course will help to meet the Construction Industry standards established by OSHA. Upon completion of the 10-hour and 30-hour course, you’ll receive a completion card from the Department of Labor within 4-8 weeks. An Authorized OSHA Outreach trainer is available to answer questions students may have while taking the online course.
OSHA – 30 Hour General Industry Outreach Training with Study Guide: 30 hours: This course covers a minimum of 30 hours, required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA), which apply toward 30-hour General Industry course completion card. The course contains 24 sections.
OSHA – 30 hour Construction Outreach Training with Study Guide: 30 hours: This course covers 30 hours of courses, required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA) that apply toward 30-hour Construction Industry course completion card; comprised of 24 sections.
OSHA – 10 Hour General Industry Outreach Training with Study Guide: 10 hours: This course covers a minimum of 10 hours of courses, required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA), which apply toward the 10-hour General Industry completion card.
OSHA – 10 Hour Construction Outreach Training with Study Guide: 10 hours: This course covers 10 hours of courses required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA), which apply toward 10-hour Construction Industry completion card. Comprising of 11 sections.
